Prior to move in, a non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required. Pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.

As a Tennant for 5 years this is the most experienced property manager she keeps Tennants informed about everything and issues come up she is on it before it becomes an issue very helpful and really knows here position here and friendly will work out any issues you have even if on her own time believe me she helped me out her own time

Monroe house is great. I just moved in here on Aug 24th. I got all the help from the apartment that i needed. ‘Anna’ the property manager is super helpful and sweet. I moved in from New Mexico and never looked at the apartment. But she helped find the best apartment with must have requirements. My move in went really smooth. The apartment is very clean and nice community. All the grocery stores are in walking distance. Recommend!!
