I have lived here for 1 year. Love the location and the yard for my dogs, BUT I have had "tickets" into fix things since the day I moved in and they have not been fixed. Water leaks in the ceiling and electrical problems. They are old apartments and on the surface look decent, but there are a lot of problems they cover with paint.
