Staff is excellent. Maintenance responds quickly.

Overall, it is a nice place to live. I like how close I am to just about everything. It is a little noisy because the walls are a little thin. I am use to a house and not an apartment. This may just be the way all of them are. The office staff is helpful and pleasant. Maintenance responds quickly.

Good location

The vanguard of Polaris is a good place to live. It’s convenient location great for what our family needs. I wish there was part of the clubhouse that was able to be rented for small parties or family gatherings though…
