It's fine. The pot holes in the parking lot need fixed. The units need the siding power washed.

My review?

Very pleased with the majority of everything here, love the location, no issues with the neighbors, however the parking lot is in incredibly bad shape especially since the cut down the trees and falling segments of the tree smashed up the pavement and concrete.

Good Apartment!

It is a great location to live. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything from your neighbors; however, overall, it's a a beautiful little spot. I experienced some mishaps when I first moved in, but The landlord staff took great care of us and fixed any issues we brought up to them.
