Great place to live

It has been good living here. Thenonly problem i have with the property is how much maintenance it needs. I put up with my basement flooding for 3 months at least. Long stort short. It needs a lot of work.

Decent apartments to live in

These are decent apartments to live in i here the maintenance is ok but so far ive been here 3 days found out the garbage disposal didn't work the sink over flows and the dishwasher leaks all things that i feel should have been addressed before move in but other then that they are decent apartments to live it pretty spacious and near everything in Lancaster.

Old But Great

I’ve lived here for a few years now, the apartments themselves are a little old but the maintenance crew and office staff are friendly and easy to work with. The rent is priced well for an apartment with a garage and has plenty of room for me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the office and made plenty of great memories in my apartment.

Good place. Beeds updated bad. Lots of small problems. Except for the flooding basement that they won’t fix no matter what how much i complain.
