Had a dripping kitchen faucet and it was taken care of within 24hrs and my patio screen door was replaced too. All by Matt and on the same beautiful day!! Thank you Really appreciate the Management team at River Valley Apartments!!

Older apartments so there’s a lot of creaking and temperature regulation issues but everything else is great

I love it here! The lovation is great and there are no pests and the pool is great. Only downside is you get 2 parking spots in front of apartment, ir u have to park in overflow parking a little father away.

I think my experience has been pleasant they made the application process extremely easy and was done in a very timely manner. Took about 1 week to get set up! The apartments are in excellent condition and have a great layout! I’m very happy here

I enjoy living here. I like my apt. The train is a plus!! The yard is big and well kept. The flower garden in front of my patio is beautiful! Neighbors are quiet and a pleasure to live next door. Everyone here is nice to know. The management and maintenance are wonderful! Tammy, Matt and Devon are so nice. Professional and take time to listen. Whenever something needs repaired they are right here to take care of it. My little dog Chloe loves them!! Every morning she wants to visit them. Tammy, Matt and Devon even took time to check Chloe for a tick. They calmed me down and we went on our way. They are the BEST! It's been this way since I moved in. They make you feel welcome. No complaints here! Absolutely I would recommend living here. Thank you for asking. Have a wonderful day.
