The Price is right for the location, but needs some updating
I have lived here for 3.5 years, and it's decent for the price and great location, the staff is very good, and the maintenance crew is amazing. my biggest gripes are that it is a bit outdated and there is limited parking lot space (it is Lakewood so it's very understandable) the walls are far to fin and the back stairwell is super unstable. If the walls are a little more sound absorbant I would rate this place higher

Cozy Little Apartment
This is my first adult apartment and it is perfect. I am close to the parks and grocery stores. I feel safe going jogging in the evenings and I don't worry when I come home late. There is not much pizazz to the little building but it was really a great deal and I grew into loving it.
