Great value and location. Can be a little noisy but is better than I would expect considering the location. Lacking in some nice to have amenities. Overall, would highly recommend.

One of the best deals for downtown Cleveland/urban Cleveland. It has it's issues. For example, one of the elevators down for long periods, can get a bit noisy, lack of great common space and gym. BUT, it's absurdly cheap compared to everything else downtown. Kinda get what you pay for. If you don't mind that it's lacking in a couple of those areas. It excels at being cheap and having great parking. And most importantly being in an amazing location.

The building is so focused on remodeling apartments to increase rents that they do not take care of the tenants in apartments that are already occupied. Multiple request are always required to get maintenance done.

Crittenden court apartments is a great place to live. The location is great. The warehouse district is full of life and is a lot of fun. However, with the fun location comes the noise. The sound proofing is okay compared to most downtown apartments. There are a lot of motorcycles late at night that love revving their engines just as I'm about to fall asleep. The price is a very good deal. There are very few apartments as affordable. With this comes smaller apartments and weaker amenities but it's still a very good deal overall. There is attached parking which is a major plus. Finally, the staff is extremely friendly and awesome.
