This location is great if you party every weekend, but it's usually loud most nights of the week. There are not a lot of businesses open in downtown that support living there. Parking is horrendous. The apartments themselves... The elevator broke monthly and would often would be down for days (one time even months). My apartment was constantly filled with dust and my HVAC would need to be reset every month due to the dust build up. You can't open the windows because there are no screens and they badly need to be replaced because they are so dated. The last time I talked to the management they are planning on refurbishing apartments by "adding a backsplash and new countertops" then upping rent by $400 per month. That is just cosmetic and the money badly needs to be spent on other repairs. That being said it was a beautiful apartment with the exposed brick and the location was nice when you wanted easy access to do things downtown (didn't have to fight traffic), but I wouldn't recommend this specific leasing company or this building to anyone because of the major issues.

Euclid block apartments on East 4th has a great location and great staff. However the state of the building is not the best; parking is limited and may people have to park off site; loading and unloading is challenging for moving in/out as well as simple grocery shopping; the only elevator breaks down pretty frequently; and it can get really loud at night or on the weekends.
