I have lived her for 6 years, in two different units. The heated garage and gorgous hard wood floors are the best part.

Lived here a few years, not a bad place at all, but amenities go down, upkeep starting to slack but they continue to raise prices on us without giving anything back. Currently not ADA compliant.

This being the first place i've lived on my own in about 4 years - it's a great space for 1 person. I live in one or the studios - mantience is great, the office is great, super attentive and quick to get back to you! The natural lighting really has me at its grip here! My only complaint's are the water temperature changing in the shower to SCOLDING HOT!!! everytime someone in this building flushes a toilet. And i have absolutely no cabinet space or counter space so i'm struggling with that in a smaller space! Overall i am excited this is the place i chose to call home - and i'm still thinking about that roll of toilet paper they give you when you move in! SO sweet
