This apartment is a lovely place to live. The parking is a plus for residents, as we live on a main street with little parking available. Having a garage for your vehicle connected to the building saves so much time as a resident. The price is unbeatable for the location with walkable coffee, shops, grocery, and more. They even have some workout amenities in the laundry room you can use while you wait for your laundry to be done!

I love the location of this apartment but I wish that the amenities were better. The washers have been out multiple times and it becomes frustrating after a while.
