Rooms, staff, parking, and maintenance are great. Laundry room is small, not really any other amenities.

I am very happy living in Hampton House. It’s in a great area, the staff is very accommodating, it’s peaceful and quiet, and i feel safe coming and going to and from work

I enjoy living at Hampton House. This will be my third year here. Its irritating that the elevator always seems to be broken. Difficult that when you call late night bc you cant get into your apartment, there’s nothing you can do. But i love the location and i love my apartment.

The elevator is usually broken. Maintenance does a poor job half the time. Housing should be for people, not profit. The location is nice.

A nice location, staff is friendly, elevator is older and breaks down but they make efforts to repair when they can.

The aparment needs better housekeeping. Parking should be a lot cheaper since there is no regular parking and the staff could be a lot more understanding of the parking situation
