Pets allowed. The May welcomes up to two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be registered with management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 for one pet or $350 for two pets is required, in addition to monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply and include American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Dogo Argentino, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogue de Bordeaux, Chinese Fighting Dog, Doberman Pinscher, and their mixes.
