Our apartments are for seniors 55 years of age or older. Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments are 800 sq. ft. Rental rates are $875.00 monthly for the first floor, and $775.00 monthly for second floor. Units consist of plank flooring, carpet in bedrooms, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Water and trash are also included. Pet friendly. The property is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near Town & Country, The Fraze Pavilion, Trent Arena, Downtown Dayton, The Greene, and many other attractions.An application fee and security deposit are required. The application fee is $40 per single adult or married couple. Every applicant is subjected to a credit and criminal background check.
