Evergreen
Honestly this is one of the nicest areas in Elyria to live. Management and maintenance are incredibly helpful and kind. Neighbors are to themselves but friendly. Quiet neighborhood.
Highly Recommend
I have been here less than a month and in this short time I have been quite impressed with how it feels to live here. Coming from a big city with noise everywhere I was surprised at how little noise is here at this apartment complex. The only noise I have is from my upstairs neighbor which is to be expected. Parking is great, there has never been an issue of finding a spot even coming home late at night. Trash dumpsters are plentiful so there is never a worry about it being full which I had at my old place. If I was to complain about anything would be the kitchen which is pretty lacking. Apartment is dated but provides everything one would need in their day to day. As a bonus my apartment comes with it's own entryway. Overall I would highly recommend living here.
Lease renewal
The only thing that has been an issue that is unfortunate is parking. Half of the time when I come home it’s hard to find a parking spot.
Dislike
Management is very rude
No complaints
Nice place to live. It's quiet, maintenance staff is great, and leasing office is very responsive. Great value for the money.
