I lived here for 9.5 years. Under the old owner, it was a very nice place.Spacious apartments, sparkling pool, well maintained. It is sadly not that way any more. athe residents are nice people. Its quiet and theres a lot of parking. The pool has bern closed for 4 years. The gym room has almost all broken equipment. When it rains, the 5th, 4th and 3rd floors leak. You have to go to the office, if its open, to get money on your laundry card to use the machines and thats if they work. The halls are stained and poorly lit. The hall leading to the garage smells like sewage. There is dog urine in the halls and there has been dog poo. There is constant trash all over the grounds, halls and elevators. The grass is not cut on a regular basis. If your a/c goes out, good luck- they WILL NOT fix it- I had to buy my own.

The pool hasn’t been open since 2021, there’s only one working elevator, the hallways and lobby smells like dog pee, the city had to come cut the grass cause they refused to, no one can do their laundry IN the building because they never replaced the card loader, they left us without heat from Dec.-March. They never answer their phone and when they do, nothing actually gets done. We had water damage in multiple spots of the apartment (one left untreated still a year later). They don’t want you confronting people about noise complaints; “just call the office if it’s during office hours, otherwise call non emergency police.” There hasn’t been a lock on the back door in over a year so anyone can come in without being buzzed in! They took off the outer back door entirely! There’s so much more. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere. Biggest regrer we’ve made.

It's very expensive for what it is. The rent is fine but they also add in water, sewer, trash, gas which is included into your rent. Be prepared to pay about 230 hundred more dollars. So if rent is 950 you would be looking at paying 1,185. Also with amenities the exercise room is ok but they are still advertising the pool which is not even open. Hasn't been for a while. The grass hardly ever gets cut and I've seen it at about 4 feet high so watch out for your pets with ticks and flees. They need to pave the the entrance that leads into the parking lot. Also the rash area is nasty and nobody ever cones to get the couches that people have gotten rid of. They ask you to rate between 1 and 5 so I rated 1 but honestly until things change I would give it 0 stars

Excited to look at this place with access to I-90 on the west side of Cleveland….disappointed at the condition of the building. Maintenance is not a priority here. Large overflowing dumpster in parking lot. Secure entry door was broken. Animal urine smell in lobby. Look elsewhere

When we first moved in, it was good. They opened the pool, maintenance was quick, everyone was friendly. Luckily everyone’s still friendly, but now they didn’t open the pool, the lock has been broken and taken off for at least 3 months now, the lights in the parking lot are off half the time. They don’t care if people park in no parking spaces. The office is only open until 6, and not even on the weekends, so it’s practically anything goes after that point. They take no responsibility for no one. Maintenence takes a while to get here, and half the time thru forget about us. This place is bizzare.
