Hunter's Chase invites you and your furry companions to our pet-friendly community.  Most dog breeds are welcome although the combined weight of multiple pets cannot exceed 200 pounds.   We also respectfully request that you have no more than three (3) pets in your suite. There is a pet fee of $350 (plus $100 each additional pet) and a Pet Rent Fee of $35 per pet per month.

Building 1561 at Hunters Chase

Nice location, close to everything. Very noisy if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you can hear everything in the hallway and people walking around above you. Pool and clubhouse are very nice. The design of the apartment is not optimal. The master bedroom has a very small bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a large vanity bathroom. Electrical outlets don't coincide with where you would put a lamp or TV in the bedrooms. Master bedroom is located up against the staircase, so you hear everyone coming and going and doors slamming. The maintenance staff is great. They fix most issues within 24 hou Property office hours should be 7 days per week. No one is there after normal work hours and anyone wanting to see the property on a Saturday can't because the office isn't open.

Blessings have showered down upon me in the form of: --- staff: Ashton, China and Ethan are uniformly gracious, kind, helpful. Last evening a splendid Holiday Party was put on for me and other residents. Thoughtful and very enjoyable; --- maintenance: Ron, Darryll and Jeff are skilled tradesmen, who always know what to do and how best to do it; --- neighbors --- all who live in the 1519 section are friendly and courteous young people.
