In my first apartment, I submitted a lengthy multi-page report of items that were not completed and/or left unattended to from the previous tenant: holes made in a cabinet, lots of nicks and dents, etc. No one from the office or the maintenance staff ever came to fix a single one during my entire stay there. Within the last 4-5 months, however, the staff seems to be doing more to improve this community. They fixed lights that were burned out on the sidewalks and garage areas. They have provided salt for sidewalks and are using snow blowers to clear sidewalks of snow. Thank you for the improvements.

Always room for improvement

Property management needs improvement. They dont follow up on maintenance issues. Lighting isnt maintained, sidewalks are also not maintained. Gutters full. Not sure what their role is. Maintenance guys are great but would be good if the property manager had the maintenance guys leave a note after they have been in the apartment as to what they did and the result for follow up.

Our new place

This apartment complex is so nice! I really do feel my place is luxury living! It is so close to Crocker park! The amenities are up to date and so nice! I love having a balcony! The staff are very nice and accommodating. They allow pets and are so pet friendly with the poop bag stations and the dog park. We have only been living here for about a month but so far its been amazing!

Safe and sound close to everything you need

I love it here. It always so quite and close to everything you could possibly need. Rent is expensive but thats just our post pandemic life for now.
