Very Happy

I've been here 3 years today. I'm very happy with my suite. This is my first apartment as an adult. I really like that I have a garage at no extra cost...that is a unique feature for the local complexes.

Hunters Chase Reiew

I have lived here for 3 years. Location, location, location. Everything you could ever want is close by. Freeways, shopping, entertainment, etc. The apartments are updated but there are some significant flaws. Cannot heat the entire apartment. Floors are uneven in many places. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything that goes on above, next to and outside in the hallways. Master bedrooms should not be situated against the hallway wall. The air conditioning and heating unit is so loud when on, be prepared to turn your TV up. The amenities are very nice, but the pool and grills are only available about 3 months out of the year. Property management needs attention. Trash around the property continues to be a problem. It is a dog/cat friendly complex which is nice, but there are people who continually let their dogs poop whereever and don't pick it up leaving areas of piles of poop. Snow plowing and sidewalk clearing during winter is poor. The assistant property manager suggests having your own snow shovel. The rental rates continue to go up each year. My rent has gone up approximately $300 a month since I moved in. If you need maintenance, putting a request online is easy and maintenance guys are great, just not as knowledgeable as they could be but always willing to help and usually address the issue in 24 hours. Would be nice if they would leave a note or send an email/text that they have been in the apartment and status of the repair when they leave though.

Rent is too high

Rent is way too high. The offer letters that go out 3 months in advance are not offers. They don't follow up on complaints.

Hunter's Chase invites you and your furry companions to our pet-friendly community.  Most dog breeds are welcome although the combined weight of multiple pets cannot exceed 200 pounds.   We also respectfully request that you have no more than three (3) pets in your suite. There is a pet fee of $350 (plus $100 each additional pet) and a Pet Rent Fee of $35 per pet per month.
