Everything is perfect except the decks needs painted as it was done facing the roads, the parking stops for each car is falling apart some with steel rods sticking out

We have lived here for 5+ years. The management has changed several times over the years but they are all very nice. Always very understanding and helpful. They always respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. The parking lots in the winter arent always the greatest. It can get very icy. Occasionally in the winter we’ve had to shovel ourselves out of the parking spaces. The area is decent and compared to prices of other places in the area the rent is fair for what you’re getting.

North buildings need paint. Remove dead trees.
