The area is nice. It is quiet and peaceful. The only problem is that the rent increase on a yearly basis is a little much and should be stressed to renters.

We have had great experience living in this community. Super friendly, safe, quiet, and welcoming. Spacious rooms and living space. Attached garage, private backyard for grilling and chilling outside. Highly recommended.
