Current Experience
I have lived here for a few months. The location is great but I'm getting used to the new management. I wasn't aware of the new parking payments and they are constantly emailing the residents, constantly. Also, I tried to request maintenance and said I'm not okay with them entering when not home; the request was never fulfilled. They said they contacted us about going in without permission, but there are no records of that and the request form said to not enter without a resident home. So that's confusing.
