MAINTENANCE POOR

the maintenance is bad the wood in the front door is rotten I report that 4 because every time is raining water gets in to the basement

The pool is a lie. It has not been open since my son was 4 years old. He is now 11. Smh. They still say we will fix it next season but it never happens.
