I've been a tenant here now for 4 years and the current Property Manager Jackie and Maintanence Don are great. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with always courteous and polite. Great New Space

Jacqueline has been an amazing help throughout my move-in process. She is always there to answer my calls and questions. The space (I rent a studio) is super cute, and the building is well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are nice.My only issue is that the kitchen appliances are a little dated. The kitchen comes with a stove and oven, but it doesn't have a display for the internal temperature when preheating. That's only a minor inconvenience, however. I've had my eye on this development for a few years now, and I'm glad I finally applied. I love my new home.
