Over priced for what it is. Laundry room is always an issue. Even if you get a parking pass you get tickets. You cant reach the office by phone or mail you have to go in person if you actually need to talk to somebody. Wouldnt rent with this company ever again.

I have lived in this apartment and area for about 3 years now. I love the location, as it's convenient to downtown, the East side, and not too far away from the West side. There are a few walkable restaurants which creates a nice atmosphere. If you pay to be in a parking lot, parking is ideal, less than 15 seconds walk from my complex. Only thing I don't love is the lack of amenities, such as a fitness/ workout room, no outside space, and laundry is very okay. Other than that, the building is pretty nice, full of character and in a nice location
