Just dealing with the noise above me.

The person above 203 is so noisy sometimes in the middle of the night the stomping is becoming unbearable. She also must have a child that bangs stuff all the time. The child also runs back and forth stomping all the time.

Good Value

I had a unique situation in which I had three days to move. Brittany from the leasing office was absolutely INCREDIBLE in telling me what I needed to do and pushing everything so that I actually was able to move in as soon as I needed to. The rent is fair, lease terms are agreeable, and I'm not unhappy living here. I would appreciate a bike rack somewhere in the building, but it's not a big enough deal to actually impact my daily life. That being said, my biggest complaint is that "emergency" maintenance is simply never treated as an "emergency". I waited four hours before "emergency" maintenance finally came one day. I had to call the office multiple times after putting in my initial request, and they were a bit rude. I understand why, as I had called several times, but I wasn't being rude or pushy so I would've liked to be treated with more respect. In terms of noise, Mornington is located right next to a main road - along with the convienience of being right next to a bus stop, there is some noise that will naturally happen. I understand that! Most of our neighbors are extraordinarily quiet, except our upstair neighbor who seems to have a family of five elephants and no sleep schedule whatsoever. All in all, this is a good-value apartment in a good area, and I am not unhappy living here, but I would not make this a long term residence.

Somewhat underwhelm with customer service

This is the deal....my rent is slightly higher than I should be spending...it's not worth 730.00 for the amenities, maintenance, and customer service compared to other units near here....my unit is a $600-650...what is the saving grace is the area location and relative quiet neighborhood...which I console myself with when I think of the rent I am paying + utilities. I don't get why the mailbox is in such poor shape; the mail delivered to the floor of the lobby (sometimes outside the lobby interior door); the fire extinguisher has been on the ground since I moved here and I don't know when the last time our hallway carpets were last vacuumed. As for property management...hard to get through...by phone. So I have learned to email the corporate office for results.
