Here 14 years

The location is excellent for walking everywhere. I have lived here 14 years probably the longest of any other resident. Maintance man Manny is excellent. General maintenance of the building Cleaning of hallways eliminating trash, has slipped some, but I have been assured it will be better. I recommend Lewis Manor.

I love living in this property. Lovely interiors and reasonable rent for the square footage, pet-friendly, maintenance staff is top-notch and responses from leasing are all quick. No complaints.

Plenty of character

So far, I have enjoyed living here. It’s an older building so it’s lacking things like a dishwasher, A/C, and in unit washer/dryer, but the experience as a whole is worth it in my opinion. I don’t think I would be happier in an apartment with the most amenities but with the modern white walls and grey floors that seem to be the most commin these days. The older aesthetic of the apartment itself as well as of the building is what gives it the charm that makes it feel like home. Also, everyone I’ve encountered is kind and friendly. It’s not a noisy community but tenants will host a few get togethers every now and then.
