So far, the Jared is wonderful. There are a few things that needs to be fixed and there was a cable missing for my internet to be set up so that was a little bit of a setback for me since I work from home. I'm still waiting on Spectrum to install a cable. I think a cable should already be installed way before a move in.

Been here for long time. Integrity doesn't seem to care about regular upkeep. Trash on fire escape, strewn about public hallways. Also, deeply lacking in interview process of new renters. Not most, but some, new renters in last 5(?) years appear to be financially unstable. Is Integrity going government subsidy?
