Poor amenities, staff can be difficult to get in contact with, online rent payment website is spotty and sometimes your autopayments won't get processed and then you'll get charged a late fee, maintenance timing can take hours or months

This will be my second month living here. The area is very nice and quiet, and I love being so close to all the shops and restaurants on Coventry Road. The style of our building is very homey yet treated well. I would recommend living here because it is a good middle point for traveling around Cleveland and each apartment has lots of character. As well as the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but helpful.
