Poor amenities, staff can be difficult to get in contact with, online rent payment website is spotty and sometimes your autopayments won't get processed and then you'll get charged a late fee, maintenance timing can take hours or months

Cleveland heights review

overall, it has been a wonderful experience! There are just so many people that live with integrity and I feel like they should hire more workers for the number of residents they have.

Loving it so far

This will be my second month living here. The area is very nice and quiet, and I love being so close to all the shops and restaurants on Coventry Road. The style of our building is very homey yet treated well. I would recommend living here because it is a good middle point for traveling around Cleveland and each apartment has lots of character. As well as the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but helpful.
