740 Clinton
I have been in my unit for 3 years. Out of the 3 buildings, this one is less maintained(740). The lobby is outdated. The laundry room is less than par, has fewer washers than the other buildings, and can use a paint job. One of the two elevators is constantly down. Tenants do not have access to the weight room. The staff is great, maintenance accesses calls/problems promptly. If you are a native NYer you will be used to the noise. The sounds of the Bronx. The interior of the unit is great, with plenty of light, and plenty of bedroom space with a master walking close. Linnen closet inside the bathroom is a nice perk. And love my black kitchen appliances.
Pleasant
Overall a decent place to live. A little more brightening up will make it even better.

Clinton Towers is a secure set of buildings with plent.amenities and overall friendly environment from the office to security to the maintenance staff. They teke pride in their work and it shows. These are building that are well ober 50 years old and it doesn't look it . Thanks to the dedicated staff that take care of the building and a 24 hour response maintenance team. They are constantly making.improvements to the surrounding environment as well, opening up the community cwnter and xleaning up the yard
