This building is only a little over 3 yrs old and with new managment taken place. It has gone downhill, the lobby furniture has been removed, maintance is not keeping up with cleaniness. Its starting to look like it belongs to NYCHA. The residents who take part in leaving furniture as well as trash in the hallways or throughout the building should be held accountable for their actions. It is unfair to tenants who actually keep things in order. Im very disappointed in how things are turnig out.

I have been a tenant since the building first opened and the rules have deminised upon signing my lease i was told if a no dog policy in which it seems as if the building in flooded with numerous dogs. In additon to tenants allowing thier children ro destroy the amentities since they arent supervised. Tenants leaving trash amost other things iitside of their front door.
