The building needs maitenance. It is not clean. The carpets are not clean, the matts in the elebator are filthy. It smells in the building. Gross!

I have lived here for 6 months now. I find some of the staff to be very rude and have directed these concerns to management. Also some minor points of feedback that I think could make a huge difference: trash recepticles in the lobby and in front of the building...I should not have to take trash upstairs with me to throw it out, leaving the stairwell unlocked so that it can be accessed from the first floor would be great. I should not have to take the elevator from floor 1 to floor 2. That is incredibly inefficient and tie consuming.
