I'm just moving in, but have had a wonderful experience so far!

I've now lived here for a month, I feel conflicted because it's the first time I live in a luxury building. However, upon moving in there was water damage on the ceiling and wall. The shower does not drain properly, it puddles up in a corner, I asked Maintenace but they just said it is what it is essentially. I bought a $100 bench to try to redirect the water to no avail. I'm tolerating it but I was expecting more, the roof has also not been accessible for three weeks now and it's the summer, this is one of the main reasons I chose this building over the other luxury building. I also wasn't planning on doing a review but since you've asked, here's my honest truth.
