This building is great tenants friendly and building is only three years old

Without the super in this building, it would be death. The super is incredibly talented. An Outstanding person who brings the Building back to life every day along with security Officer Karr who works with the 46 NYPD on a daily basis.. The Supervisor is courteous, extremely professional and is truly gifted like no other . He is a masterful artist , He brings work orders to a corrective fast close. If you see him, his name is Julian. Please say thank you . treat him right with the utmost respect.. he is Just incredible with a work ethic that is masterful As officer Karr who handles difficult situations with ease and professtionalism. You will not find a more qualified super anywhere in the Bronx, or nyc . The professionalism is a gift. Supervisor Julian and Officer Karr are a must have at RYER. Agrina and Arta at Spaxel ‘s terminal assist will rectify any situation you need

If this supervisor was not here at Ryer this place would be death. Also the security officer is professional, well vetsed, educated in law and works with the NYPD 46 daily .But the supeor Julian gives this building life. Tenants along with Spaxel staff members need to realize how pricless he is. He does just incredible work, he is truly an artist. Very talented and well trained in all areas of matinance including a masterful work etheic. Thank him when you see him because he is just an incredible guy. He is the best that has ever been hired aling with officer Karr. The work orders are closed fast and efficient. These guys are a cut above any other in NYC. A Truly gifted super says a lot for the Bronx. You wont find this superiority anywhere else. Be sure to respect, thank, and give praise when due. Agrina, Arta, at Spaxel handle all your needs. You wont find a better living space. Most especially with the the greatest super.

No parking/ laundry is always a mess and so are the hallways and elevator.

My experience has been nothing special. I definitely feel like this building is over priced and overrated with bare minimum necessities to reflect what we pay on rent.
