Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate the property's convenient location and the friendly, responsive super. They value the cleanliness improvements that have been made and enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the building. Another favored feature is the laundry room, which residents were pleased to have back.

I like the location of the building and the neighborhood. The super is very friendly and a good person. I only have two things that worry me a lot. 1. The first is that if the elevator is not repaired correctly or replaced, a tragedy could occur. A person who came to make a delivery got stuck in the elevator and they took him out almost fainting. Thank God that he had a cell phone and that he called the fire department and that the super was able to open the elevator door otherwise he would have lost his life. Apparently he couldn't breathe. Every day people get stuck in that elevator and it has already become a danger for the tenants. 2. I would like them to improve the cleanliness of the building. The rest is super good. Thanks for bringing back the Laundry.

I like the area and I found that they improved the cleaning this year in the building (It is GREAT). I would like that they bring back the Garden in the front of the building and Fix the Laundry Room.

Bring back the Laundry and the front Garden

This building had an score of 5 when I move here 4 years ago. But since they change the super Michael everything change here. Now, The Laundry room is close, they removed the beautiful GARDEN in the front of the building, and the building is not as clean as it use to be when I moved here. I have experienced many missing Amazon package in the lobby. Conclusion, I wish that you bring back the laundry room, the Garden in the front of the building and keep the building more clean.
