I have been living in this townhome for 7 years and i have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Townhouse is beautiful, great neighbors, awesome location. The ponds, the trails, the pool and tennis courts are perfect. Maintenance is extremely responsive. The one recommendation I have for MJ Peterson is to do more to upkeep the outside of the units - such as power washing the siding, painting some of the trim that’s peeling and putting up railings on the back stairs. These buildings are new and it would be a shame for them to begin to deteriorate due to negligence. Overall a great living experience.

Have lived in a townhouse in the Audubon community for the last 7 yrs. Truly enjoyed living here. My back door backs up to a beautiful pond and walking trails. Their maintenance dept is very quick to respond.
