Why Renters Love It Here
so, so
lived here 10 years. people upstairs walk so heavy that we can hear them walk from kitchen to living room, to the bedrooms. Drives me crazy.
Great Complex
Love the aparments especially in the location where I live it is very quite and peaceful. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is on top of work orders being completed timely. The pool is our favorite place to be on those hot summer days.
Deteriorating fast
This property is deteriorating fast! The pools are closed despite of promises for opening, things are not being fixed, in gym, for example, office staff always finds excuses. Paying for services advertised, which are not available!
going downhill fast
the maintenance never fixes anything. the front office never answers the phone. everything is falling apart and nothing gets done around here
Tides at Green Valley
Great apartments, really enjoy being split between Henderson/Las Vegas. Not very noisy, and friendly neighbors.
