Arla Apartments are in an excellent location. It is located near the local shopping area and beautiful parks. The property is quiet and well-maintained. However, the apartments are small and have no amenities. The wall unit air conditioners are loud and outdated. A dishwasher and microwave are not amenities in 2025. The laundry room has four washing machines and dryers to accommodate a complex with over 50 units, and it is not cleaned regularly. You can also hear noise through the ceilings and walls because the structure is old. Arla Apartments have positive aspects. However, it is overpriced despite its updates.

I have lived at Arla for 2+ years. It is clean and well maintained. It is multi-generational, which I like. The staff and other tenants have been friendly, respectful and considerate. As a senior citizen, I feel safe and welcomed. The apartment has a diswasher and built-in airconditoners which I didn't have in other places. It well located to shopping, transportation, and healthcare.

My apartment has a good layout and amenities for a one bedroom. The apartments are well maintained and the maintenance staff did an excellent job dealing with the snow and ice from winter storms. The area feels quiet and safe. My neighbors are pleasant and friendly.

I like the location and it is easy to get to stores and major highways. People are friendly and the neighborhood feels safe. The maintenance staff is responsive and quick. The apartments and grounds are kept up nicely. It's a good place to be.
