I will for sure go into derails of the building, but so far the best part of living here is the Staff. Joe, the leasing manager, in particular has been absolutely fantastic. He approaches every issue immediately and if he doesnt have an answer I never have to chase him down as he follows up within the week. The Starling being new came with it’s opening night jitters, but any issue or inconvenience was addressed. The building is beautiful and quiet. Really gives a botique feel with the finishings and details. Rent is high, but in a market like Jersey City it’s hard to argue. Parking I would say is it’s worst feature as it only has 5 spaces and they go for a premium. Also a lack of pool, door man, and a larger gym made it difficult to justify the cost. Overall though my family and I have been very happy and havent missed those things.
