Overall, it’s a good location. However, it would be great to have more nice restaurants in the area. There also aren’t many local events or celebrations nearby, which sometimes makes the neighborhood feel a bit dull.

The best part about living here is definitely the convenient location. As for the apartment itself, the walls are very thin, and the appliances are quite old and rusty, which are a potential health concern. Maintenance started off very strong; the handymen were polite and always left the space tidy. Lately, that consistency has slipped, and I sometimes hesitate to submit requests because of the cleanup I know I’ll have to handle afterward. Both the super and the manager are aware, so I’m hopeful things will improve. To be fair, one handyman remains exceptionally skilled and courteous—if only he worked more days! The doormen vary—many are friendly and helpful, while others might benefit from a bit more customer-service focus. After a long day, a warm greeting goes a long way when simply picking up packages.

Notifying residents about an 8-hour water shutdown after it had already started and leaving us without even the ability to fill up on water and pre-wash food is cruel and unacceptable. Which comes after months of daily drilling noises with no way to know what time or day they would start or end, just "until November." The building needs to get better at communication.
