Outside maitenance worker

The workers who worked on the buildings' outside walls put on loud music. They left a pack of tobacco and a lighter on my terrace. Their terrace work caused a drainage problem, which caused severe damage on my room floor. Other than that, I love everything living in my room. I hope there are more shops and a variety of local restaurants (not franchise), and I could feel a community.
