The BLVD at 425 Washington is fantastic. My repair request was responded to within five minutes. Management (Vincent and Reuben) took the time to pick up the phone and call me, rather than send a fast email, to have a more personal interaction. Concierge remembered even my moms name when she came to visit. And my new apartment had small homegoods to make me feel at home while still unpacking. I think its because The BLVD knows there are many competing apartment nearby, so they try to differentiate themselves by making you feel at home.

Well maintained property with professional management. Concierge service (especially Wilmary!) provide excellent service 24/7, enhanced by attractive amenities such as a pool, fitness center, resident lounge and rooftop. Highly recommended.
