We have been living in the building for more than 4 years and ita has been great. The staff is great and the building ia well maintained. Only downside we have experienced is the increasing rent with every renewal and very limited room for negotiation. The location is the best you can get.

Amazing place to live

I have been living here since July 2022. This is an amazing area to live, because of close proximity to new york, amazing community (great mix of people from different ethnicity), access to things you need for day to day life (malls, indian grocery story, bj's, target, best buy, shoprite), amazing restaurants, etc.
