Overall, this is a fairly average apartment building with a mix of positives and areas that could be improved. The location is good and convenient, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Maintenance is average, and noise levels are generally manageable. One of the biggest positives is the neighborhood management and how well the public spaces are maintained. The outdoor areas are kept very clean and attractive, with beautiful plants wherever possible, well-maintained park areas, and plenty of benches and places to sit. The bee hives are a rare and especially appreciated feature that adds something unique to the neighborhood. Parking is a mixed experience. The neighborhood management provides plenty of paid parking, so availability is generally good if you are willing to pay. However, street parking is not accessible to residents because the city does not issue street parking permits to people who live in apartment buildings. As a result, residents have limited options for free parking and may need to budget for paid parking. The building's amenities are below average and could use improvement, particularly considering the overall cost of living. The value is average: there are some worthwhile benefits, especially the location, staff, and well-maintained surroundings, but the limitations in amenities and parking make it difficult to consider the property an exceptional value. Overall, it is a decent place to live, particularly for those who value a convenient location, helpful staff, and a clean, attractive neighborhood. However, there are areas where the building could do more to improve the resident experience.

Living here for 5+ years, best neighborhood for kids and families. Lots of open soaces and play areas. Walking distance to PATH station

one of the elevators has been out of service for more tham six months now. When another one goes for move in/move out/garbage collection it's impossible to catch an elevator if you're in the middle floors. Simple measures like moving in and out only on weekdays 11AM-4PM and garbage collection only after midnight can help a lot.

Most of the time lift is not working. It is extremely disappointing. It has become a norm ratherthan exception. Dont charge so much rent if you cant provide basic amenities.
