The maintainance can be. little better. the apartments are sometimes in very bad condition

All of the staff were very kind, and I sincerely appreciate that. However, there was an issue with the building windows, and it was extremely cold during the winter. The problem with the bathroom sink was an ongoing difficulty. Water leaked and flooded the bathroom and living room floors, and repairs were not carried out promptly.

I've lived here for 1.5 years now. Great location and very convenient to travel from work and to basic necessities as well. Doormen are great. Actual units need a lot of work, didn't get enough keys from the super even after a year, finally gave up asking for them. Units are old and in poor condition, with constant repairs needed to be made.
