I have lived for a year in the building, i feels teh apartments are decent but rent is very high

I've stayed 11months. So old building and so many things were broken. I called the maintenance team very frequently. At least they were responsive, but I faced so many similar situations which made me annoyed.

The rental income has gone up phenomally. I donlt understand on what basis we increase the yearly rental.
