The convenience of living so close to the waterfront and within a well-connected community makes this area highly desirable for commuters and city dwellers alike. It’s an ideal spot for those looking for the balance of city life with a bit more tranquility compared to the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. However, while the location and the overall community are fantastic, the experience of living here, particularly for long-term residents, could be significantly improved with better management and more investment in older buildings. The property is divided into newer and older buildings, and there’s a noticeable gap when it comes to amenities between the two. The newer buildings boast a range of high-end features like in-unit washers and dryers, state-of-the-art fitness centers, and swimming pools, which are a big draw for many residents.
