Lincoln house (Newport Management review)

Lincoln house: Pros: 1) Quick management and an amazing staff: We had a situation where the tiles of the floors were raised due to AC water leakage. The property management got on it right away and fixed the issue in less than a week and were super prompt to reply. (Especially Jose the supper worked amazingly on the issue) Even with the repairs. 2) Security factors: There being a lot of kids at the property it became an issue when there was a homeless man roaming in the afea and even entered the building but the management was quick to take notice of it and took the necessary measures to stop the same. 3) Amenities: The laundry machine if it doesnt work the management fixes it in less than a days time. I have stayed at newport properties before but this efficiency at lincoln is by far the best. Cons: Doorman facility: Theres no 24x7 doorman facility which is a flaw and we do require the same and would help a lot. Rooftop access: We need a rooftop access for celebrating little milestones in life which can be quite convenient.

Awesome place with good neighborhood

We recently moved in a 2b/2b which was renovated, clean and well lit. The maintenance staff was quick to help with move in and all the initial requests. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean
