Pretty good.

Its very quiet, if you have a family you wont have to worry about disturbing neighbors. There are lots of hidden gems around the area so its great for casual exploration. The building itself is neat and tidy and everyone keeps to themselves. The staff are nice and coopertive-especially the maintenance.

The building is in a solid location with affordable parking, however the fitness center isnt great and having a doormal around the cllock would be a big improvement.

Lincoln House - Review

Lived here for an year. Overall if you want to live in the Newport, Grove street viccinity at relatively lower rent then it's a good option.
