I would strongly advise anyone considering living in the Newport residences to think twice before signing a lease. The biggest issue is the management’s complete lack of consideration for tenants. At every renewal, rent increases feel arbitrary and excessive, with no real justification or alignment with market conditions. In fact, it often seems more cost-effective to move out and return later just to secure a more competitive rate, which says a lot about how little loyalty is valued here. Maintenance and services, while advertised as benefits, rarely translate into meaningful improvements for residents. Despite ongoing promises, these aspects never seem to truly enhance the living experience. To be fair, the staff on-site are genuinely great—professional, friendly, and helpful whenever possible. Unfortunately, they are not the problem. The broader management decisions overshadow their efforts and create an overall frustrating experience. What’s even more disappointing is that attempts to provide feedback have consistently gone unheard. There’s a clear lack of responsiveness and willingness to improve, which makes residents feel ignored and undervalued. The only real advantage of living here is the location. Beyond that, it’s difficult to find compelling reasons to stay. If it weren’t for that, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its very quiet, if you have a family you wont have to worry about disturbing neighbors. There are lots of hidden gems around the area so its great for casual exploration. The building itself is neat and tidy and everyone keeps to themselves. The staff are nice and coopertive-especially the maintenance.
