The living environment is average, but the location is excellent. The community is very kid-friendly, and commuting to work is very convenient. There are often fun activities to join in the building, but the elevator is a persistent problem, frequently breaking down.

Overall happy living here for the last 5 years. However, there are lots of repairs and renovations going on, which can be good with the upgrades but annoying with the construction, mess and elevator usage.
