Lost interest in long-term tenants

Lived in Newport for the last 3 yrs, but with rate increase seems like you're chasing temporary international/ NYC tenants that may be here for university or corporate over long-term community based residents

Convenient and Beautiful View

It's been nine months since my stay in Laguna. Love the apartment and the view. It is a convenient location. Amenity is okay. The cleanliness of the place could be improved. The staffs, most of them, were terrific; a couple of them I didn't care for. The maintenance is done promptly.
