GOOD AMENITIES, EXCEPT FOR THE ONLY 2 WORKING ELEVATORS SINCE THE LAST 2 YEARS

Buulding had lot of probs with maintabenece and the rent increment is over the roof hard to find flatmate

The view is nice - but also be aware that might be the only merit of this old building. The tilted floor and the unit was apparently not fully prepated as I moved in (they even covered the previous internet outlet and I didn't have internet access for a week until I called verizon technician to 're-create' a internet cable outlet for me). The moldy dryer drain.... And its been a year since the one of the three elevators was down, please keep in mind this is a building of more than 300 units, just imagine the time you need to spend in the morning to wiat for the elevator.

At some point, I have to wait for about 20 minutes just to get to my apartment or to lonby from my apartment, because 1 out of 3 for a building wuth 33 floors dont seeem to working, mych worse at peak times, and if an elevator is being used for trash or mive-in/out, forget about getting to ride at them

I've lived in this building for 7.5 years now and have to say - this is the worst building in terms of everything - always has plumbing and water issues, there is no semblance of customer service, management is rude and doesn't give 2 hoots about residents and I just realized they have been billing me for something for the past 3 years that they absolutely should not have and never bothered informing me either. They shamelessly increase rents when the experience has been going downhill consistently and I would never recommend this building to anybody.
