Why Renters Love It Here
Nice neighborhood
The area is nice and quiet. Residents and staff is friendly. Easy commute to the city. Can’t wait for the adjacent abandonned building to be demolished, which worries visitors sometimes.
Couldn't be happier!
I have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. The rent is incredibly reasonable, the floor plans are spacious, the building is quiet, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! I don't see myself moving anytime soon!
Enjoyed 3 years here and going into one more!
Been here since 2021, no major problems. The neighborhood has developed quite a bit with more to explore and do. We obviously like it since we just renewed for another year. Great apartment and space, nice neighbors.
Have had a good experience for the past 1 year.
Very good location. Close to Liberty Lightrail Station and Liberty Park. Quiet neighborhood. Nice apartment with basic amenities - gym, and rooftop pool table. The walls are not thin. Don't get noise from other apartments. Covered parking is available. Rent is reasonable as compared to the neighborhood. I have lived here for almost a year. There is a building supervisor who is onsite 5 days a week. The only complaint I have is the fire alarm. The fire alarm is too sensitive and it goes off on the days when it's too warm. This has happened repeatedly.. at least 4-5 times in the last year. The building management doesn't seem to care or know how to fix this problem.
Does the Job
The neighborhood is meh. Empty lots with trash everywhere but the price is decent. There is a freight train right next to the building that goes by multiple times a day. Depending on where your unit is you can hear it or feel the vibrations from it. The person who showed us the apartment said it would be 6X a day only during the work hours and weekdays. Theres no rules for that freight train, it will come at 2am on a sat and they definitely come more that 6X a day. Building is nice and clean. Amenities could be better but you get what you pay for. Staff us nice.
