Most of it is excellent, except for the management office—they’re unhelpful and often slow to respond, or don’t respond at all. I've been having a LOT of problems w/ rent cafe recurring payment

The location is really convenient and close to everything I need, which I love. However, it’s often noisy because fire trucks pass by frequently, sometimes even late at night. That part can be pretty disruptive and frustrating.
