Good apartment, good location, close to path

We have been living in this building for the past two and a half years, and from day one, much of the staff has been truly exceptional. The concierge team, Steven in particular, has always been incredibly professional and attentive, and the maintenance team, including Philip, Fernando, and others, consistently provided excellent service. The building itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a privileged area. However, our final experience with management completely changed the way we view this property. Despite being long-term residents for over 2.5 years, management refused to grant us even a six-day extension during an extremely delicate family situation involving two newborn babies and medically necessary travel timing advised by our pediatrician. We explained repeatedly that this was not a matter of convenience, but of health and logistics with infants, and still received absolutely no flexibility, empathy, or humanity whatsoever. What was most disappointing was not simply the refusal itself, but the cold and purely corporate way the situation was handled. At a moment where basic human understanding could have made an enormous difference for our family, management chose policies, legal language, and threats of penalties over compassion. It is deeply sad because the people who work in the building made this feel like home for years. Unfortunately, management reminded us in the end that, for them, residents are ultimately just contracts and numbers. We are now relocating to Argentina, and while we will remember many members of the staff fondly, our final experience left us profoundly disappointed.

Very convenient and friendly staff! Playroom is great for those that have toddlers / young kids.

Most of it is excellent, except for the management office—they’re unhelpful and often slow to respond, or don’t respond at all. I've been having a LOT of problems w/ rent cafe recurring payment
