Pros and Cons

Living in Liberty Harbor has pros and cons like most places. Overall it’s a nice well kept community. However, falls short on some basics. And with prices comparable to the city and / or other luxury building it would be great if a few things were aligned. Walls in apartment are paper thin meaning everything from brushing teeth to flushing toilet can be heard by neighbors (gross). Also the layout of the duplex units aren’t ideal. Bedrooms weren’t designed with a realistic layout top of mind. Most apartments are sleeping with air filters/ emergency water units right over beds. Also more attention to overall surveillance, and details like doorman being able to open door via buzzer and front door intercom systems in unit would make the building better (not via cell phones). However, with the cons come some pros it’s in a great location easy access to Path train, light rail . It’s well kept w/ an attentive and responsive staff.

Love living at 9 Regent

Have had some minor issues that were quickly attended to. Other than the dated gym that is lacking, and the occasional odd smell, everything has been pleasant.
