Year at 9 Regent

Staff is great. Building can benefit from remodeling. It looks old. My unit is great. Would like an update to the gym with cycling equipment, current model at 9 regent is awkward to use and don’t use it because of how it works. Suggesting a peloton, that would be awesome. Parking fee is too expensive especially for the parking not being covered by a roof.

Loving Liberty Harbor

I’ve been living at 9 Regent for over a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The staff is kind and truly good at their jobs. Maintenance requests are often dealt with day of. And my apartment is beautiful. Highly recommend.
